DMCA Policy for Pokemon Winds Switch 2

Pokemon Winds Switch 2 is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to file counter-notifications if their content has been mistakenly removed.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Pokemon Winds Switch 2 was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent and include substantially the following:
